Behavior Analyst Salary
According to a survey conducted by the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, nearly 45 percent of full-time salaried BCaBA-certified respondents reported salaries between $40,000 and $60,000 annually. More than half of full-time, salaried BCBA-certified Behavior Analysts surveyed earned between $40,000 and $80,000. As expected, the level of education and professional credentialing was directly proportional to respondents’ annual income. These figures align with PayScale.com, which reports the median salary for Behavior Analysts ranging from $36,000 to $54,443 in February 2012. Among respondents in the APBA survey, the majority typically reported receiving benefits that include health benefits, life insurance, paid leave and expense reimbursement.
