Accreditation

The University of Cincinnati is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), a Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA).* Regional accreditation is the type of accreditation awarded to the nation’s largest and most prestigious public and private colleges and universities. All public, state-funded universities in the United States, including the University of Cincinnati, are regionally accredited.

The Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.® has approved the six course sequence in the online Behavior Analysis graduate programs as meeting the coursework requirements for eligibility to take the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Examination®. Applicants will have to meet
additional requirements to qualify. University of Cincinnati is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE)+.
